Returns, Defects & Cancellation Policy

While we hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase, please note that changes, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds are not applicable once an order has been placed and/or an item has been purchased, unless stated otherwise under this policy.

“Normal conditions” refer to situations where the product is delivered as described, is free from defects, and meets the quality standards set by Ramsha Bilal. In such cases, where the product complies with our quality control standards and matches the product description at the time of purchase, returns or exchanges are not offered. This policy reflects our commitment to quality assurance and customer satisfaction.


2. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

2.1 Quality Assurance

At Ramsha Bilal, quality assurance is a top priority. Each product undergoes thorough inspections during manufacturing and packaging stages. Our skilled professionals carefully examine every item for defects, inconsistencies, or damages that may affect its appearance or functionality.

We adhere to strict quality control standards and industry best practices throughout the production process, including the use of premium materials and careful handling during storage and shipping.


2.2 Notification of Defect

If you receive a defective product, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item.

To report a defect, please contact our customer support team using the details below and provide the following information:

  • Order number or reference

  • Clear description of the defect

  • Clear photos and/or videos showing the defect

  • Any additional relevant information or documentation

2.3 Return Process

Upon confirmation, we will guide you through the return process to our address in Pakistan. All shipping and customs charges associated with the return will be borne by the customer.

Steps to follow:

  1. Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product with complete order details and evidence of the defect.

  2. Upon approval, securely pack the item and ship it to our return address at your expense.

  3. Once received, the product will be inspected, and an appropriate resolution will be offered, which may include replacement, store credit, or refund (if eligible).


2.4 Thorough Investigation

Upon receipt of the returned item, Ramsha Bilal will conduct a comprehensive investigation. This includes visual inspection, documentation review, internal assessment, and evaluation of communication records to determine the validity of the claim and the appropriate resolution.


2.5 Refund or Replacement

Based on the findings of our investigation and in accordance with our policy:

  • Refunds are issued only in exceptional cases and strictly at the discretion of the brand.

  • Exchanges or refunds are generally not accepted.

  • Exceptions apply only in cases of verified manufacturing defects, as determined by Ramsha Bilal.


2.6 Brand Discretion

Ramsha Bilal reserves the right to make the final decision regarding refunds, replacements, or store credit based on the investigation outcome.


3. CANCELLATION POLICY

3.1 Eligibility

Customers may initiate a cancellation request within 24 hours of placing an order. Requests made after this period may not be accommodated. Cancellation requests are subject to approval and will not be accepted for orders that have already been processed or shipped.

If the cancellation window has passed, the order cannot be cancelled, and all associated costs will be borne by the customer.


3.2 Timeframe

Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of order placement. To request a cancellation, customers must contact our customer support team immediately and provide their order number.


3.3 Refund Process

If a cancellation request is approved, the refund will be issued in the form of store credit of the same value.

  • Store credit is valid for online purchases only

  • Must be used within 1 month from the date of issuance

  • Refund processing time: 7–14 business days from approval date


3.4 Exceptions

The following items are not eligible for cancellation or refund:

  • Final sale items marked as non-refundable or non-returnable

  • Customized or made-to-order products once production has begun

3.7 Liability

Customers are responsible for providing accurate order details and initiating cancellation requests within the specified timeframe. Ramsha Bilal is responsible for processing approved cancellations and issuing refunds in accordance with this policy.

Ramsha Bilal reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated via email and updated on our website. Customers are encouraged to review this policy periodically.
